Muddy says: You can’t beat transferable skills. Nicky Pritchard worked in the music industry before becoming an award-winning floral designer and the founder of Forever Green. She specialises in weddings and works from her home in Nettleden, a village near Berkhamsted, which I can confirm is idyllic and not at all prickly.
Welcome to Forever Green, an award-winning, independent and Master Florist, specialising in weddings, based in Nettleden, covering Hertfordshire, London, home counties and more recently the South East. We can produce and supply beautiful flower and wedding bouquets and elegant floral arrangements for all your occasions, no matter how large or small.
Nicky Pritchard, the founder of Forever Green Floral Design, worked in the music industry for 10 years and moved to Nettleden in 1997. In 2008 she realised that her passion for gardening and flowers could be more than just a hobby. She nervously decided to enrol at college. That was nine years ago. Since then, she has started her own business, juggled with home life, and studied for and gained City and Guilds levels 2, 3, level 4 Higher Diploma and in August 2016 became a Master in Floristry.
She specialises in weddings, and every wedding is as important as the last. With Forever Green you will receive a personal, bespoke service. She grows and uses her beautiful garden for different foliage and flowers that she can use in her designs. Proud moments so far include winning an RHS Bronze Medal at the Hampton Court Flower Show, decorating the stage at the Royal Albert Hall for the fifth year running and most recently, being asked to judge at the Surrey County Show. Next goal: Chelsea!
