Heather Hall Hypnotherapy
Heather Hall is a comprehensively trained Cognitive Hypnotherapist, who practises on Harley Street as well as in Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted, tailoring her highly effective treatments to suit the client’s individual needs and specific challenges.
Are there things in your life you’d like to change? Addictions, habits, patterns that you’d like to break? During hypnosis, the awareness of the subconscious mind increases as the body experiences a deep yet gentle relaxation. Cognitive Hypnotherapy allows you to find ways to live the life you want through the power of your own mind.
Heather has always felt motivated to help others, and her interest in hypnotherapy began when a friend stopped smoking using hypnotherapy. She quickly realised that it had the potential to help people in other areas of their lives, and to effect positive change in many different ways. The testimonials she receives from clients are testament to the work she is doing:
“I first spoke to Heather on the phone before deciding to have hypnotherapy sessions. Heather was always excellent, kind and professional, and I was thus at immediate ease with her. She identified a range of issues and we dealt with them in only six sessions. My confidence progressively grew and I found myself thinking much more positively, which has benefitted my life immeasurably. I would go so far as to say that I am now very mentally healthy. I find myself engaging with life in a way I never have done before.”
“On and off for 8 years I was waking in the night with panic attacks, thinking I had lost a ring and searching frantically in the bed for a ring that I didn’t own. I had 2 sessions of hypnotherapy with Heather and since then there are no more recurring nightmares and panic attacks. I’m sleeping really well now and dreaming new pleasant dreams.”
“A smoker since 1983, after one session I just stopped.”
Heather qualified in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and as an NLP Practitioner in London, having previously completed a diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy.
