    We can all get stuck in ways of thinking and looking at things that no longer work for us. Sometimes this can lead to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, overeating or addictions. Therapy can be very helpful in understanding what is happening and finding a way forward, it can also be helpful at certain points in our lives when things change, when we loose people we love, we become parents, we retire or generally feel we are lacking direction in our lives.
