Property flirt! Can you guess the price?
Calling all nosy parkers! It's time for our favourite activity: snooping round other people's homes. Can you guess the price of this gorgeous two bed manor house flat, for sale in Hertford?
Now that’s a house! But settle down, princess, we’re not suggesting you buy the whole thing: the stunning (though comedically named) Balls Park on the outskirts of Hertford has been converted into 40 luxe flats. We’ve got our eye on an especially elegant one on the first floor, which has two knockout bedrooms with a balcony apiece, two bathrooms, a reception hall, a drawing room, and a kitchen/dining room. Let’s take a meander through it, shall we?
Holy moly, would you look at that statement panelling? And the size of the window? The open fireplace, the detailed cornice, the cast iron radiator… colour us charmed.
This is no dinky flat — the main rooms are spacious, light, and airy. And all boasting the most beautiful views out across the grounds. As well as the ensuite bathroom attached to the principal bedroom, there’s a family bathroom (below) with a large sash window.
The kitchen is all modern convenience, with plenty of storage and natural light flooding through. The worktops are stone, and the cupboards bespoke. We’d expect nothing less.
This property comes with not one, but two south-facing balconies, for sun-basking over breakfast or drinks at sunset. For when you want to stretch your legs, residents have access to the entire private landscaped gardens and the 63 acres of managed parkland. There’s also a separate garage, and a parking spot in the secure underground car park. It’s very much a life we could get used to…
So how much is it going for, do you think? Best guesses in the comments box below, and click here to see if you’re right. No cheating, that’s naughty.
