When they opened their pubs in 2014 and 2016 the brothers started providing high-quality catering through word-of-mouth. But as their popularity grew and grew they expanded until… well, the rest is history. Can you help with the food? Should I serve a cold buffet, canapés or have a BBQ?</strong></h3>



<p>This all depends on how you want to celebrate and what type of atmosphere you want to create. Canapés can bring a more formal feel to an occasion and would suit a drinks reception style of event – perfect for those late afternoon parties. A cold buffet allows for more informal grazing and a relaxed affair but for those events where you want a little more theatre, a BBQ is perfect. It’s a conversational piece for both you and your guests and offers a full sensorial experience, creating delicious smells and flavours.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-my-kitchen-isn-t-very-large-does-that-matter"><strong>My kitchen isn’t very large, does that matter?</strong></h3>



<p>As a catering company we have solutions for wherever we are serving. Depending on the offering we would need very little space!</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-what-about-dinnerware-do-i-need-to-provide-my-own"><strong>What about dinnerware? Do I need to provide my own?</strong></h3>



<p>We would suggest hiring dinnerware, it keeps things stress free for yourselves and there is no washing up to worry about afterwards.&nbsp;</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-how-will-i-know-if-i-have-enough-food"><strong>How will I know if I have enough food?</strong></h3>



<p>Firstly, you need to consider whether this is your guest&#8217;s main meal. Then we would suggest working out how much the average guest would eat and multiply this by the total amount of guests for food. Finally, as much as variety is lovely, it can make working out quantities more problematic and lead to wasted food. Work out what your main element is and stick with it.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-can-you-stay-and-help-with-the-serving"><strong>Can you stay and help with the serving?</strong></h3>



<p>Of course. We offer varied levels of service from food drop off to fully served and cleaned down.&nbsp;</p>

<p>There are multiple options in how this can be done. Depending on how much of the load you want to take we can either supply and serve the drinks or you can pre-purchase elsewhere and we simply serve.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-and-at-the-end-of-the-night-will-you-help-clean-up"><strong>And at the end of the night will you help clean up?</strong></h3>



<p>Absolutely, you don’t want to have to finish your night with the tidy up!</p>
