Born in Argentina but made in Hertfordshire, Bacanas Speciality Food and Delicacies is the creation of Betsabe Pedutto, whose dream was to bring the flavours of her home country to the UK, specifically Tring, in Hertfordshire, where she lives.

Inspired by a passion for food and memories of helping her grandmother in the kitchen as a child (something she now shares with her own daughter), Betsabe uses recipes that have been passed down through generations to create her enticing dishes, sauces and treats.

From delicious pulled meat and vegetarian filled empanadas and Chimichurri (and Chillichurri) sauces and marinades, to the most indulgent brownies and Argentinian sweets, Bacanas can make to order for anything from a family dinner to a large party. She also sources traditional Argentinian delicacies such as divine Dulce de Leche sauce to traditional home and lifestyle gifts to bring a little bit of Argentina to your home.
