Inexhale, Hitchin

Want to breathe more easily, feel calmer and sleep better? Friendly women’s breathing coach Harriette Wight might be just the person you need to regain a deep sense of calm in your body.

Your Friendly Breathing Coach, Harriette Wight, teaches women to breathe well. If you suffer from shortness of breath and shallow breathing, you might think it’s time to up your exercise regimen. But wait. Your Friendly Breathing Coach, Harriette, tells us that women breathe differently and that your hormones could be causing your shortness of breath. With a focus on breathing techniques and wellness practices rather than heavy aerobic exercise, Harriette offers friendly, warm and reassuring guidance and invites you to take a pause and appreciate the power and effects of breathing well.

Harriette offers virtual and in person classes, corporate workshops and an in-depth 1:1 breathwork course. The course runs for eight weeks and is designed to help you overcome your specific breathing problems. Using female body focused breathing techniques, meditation and mantras plus 1:1 coaching calls and video resources, Harriette is with you every step of the way. Drawing from her incredible teachers, background in dance and theatre, and qualifications (she is a qualified Yogic Breathing, Mantra and Buteyko Breathing Instructor) her aim is to get you breathing well again. And it doesn’t stop there. With better breathing comes improved sleep, more energy and greater confidence.

This summer, Harriette will also be running her popular Breath, Beats and Barrels workshop at the Crossover Blendery in Hitchin. A perfect start to a Saturday morning, the sessions combine breathwork, music and movement all in the beautiful setting of the Taproom.

With Harriette, welcome in calm and space and get your breath back on your side.
