Pizza Express, St Albans

Your St Albans branch of Pizza Express has a sophisticated new look. Here’s the lowdown. Doughballs all round!

All your favourite things about Pizza Express, but with a slick new look – that’s exactly what the St Albans restaurant has to offer, thanks to its stylish new makeover.

Just off the buzzing centre of town on the popular Verulum Road – a short walk from St Albans Cathedral – it’s the perfect spot for taking a break from your shopping and refuelling with a tasty bite and refreshing drink.

In the new-look branch, you’ll find marble tables, cool wall art by Italian interior designer Enzo Apicella, who worked with PizzaExpress’ founder Peter Boizot, plus cosy booths and an open kitchen, where you can to watch the pizzaiolos spin, flip and stretch that dough in front of your eyes.

Meanwhile your mouth will be watering at the sound of the menu, which will see the return of the popular Dynamite doughballs, as well as new tasty Buddha bowls and a Biscoff Billionaire Sundae. Whether you’re a Calzone or Calabrese girl, the big question is to doughball or to dessert? Both, obviously!

Plus kids eat free with every adult main ordered until 1 September, so there’s no excuse not to drop in!
