<p>Husband and wife team, Graham and Keeley, are the founders of the <a href="https://www.theoak-house.co.uk/">Oak House Studio and Therapies</a> located within the stunning Hatfield House estate. When they are not managing their wellbeing courses and events, here’s where they go to re-energise, shop, eat and more across Herts, Beds and beyond.</p>

<p>When we&#8217;re at home, we head to Sherrardspark Wood in Welwyn – it&#8217;s been a family favourite for dog walks over the past 15 years. Since opening and running The Oak House Studio, we&#8217;ve also come to adore exploring the beautiful grounds at Hatfield Park. Our dog, Milo, is especially fond of the space and the ever-changing landscapes within the park.&nbsp;</p>

<p>We&#8217;ve recently fallen in love with The Fox in Willian, Letchworth. It&#8217;s a gastro pub and the food is absolutely divine! Located on Willian&#8217;s village green, the venue has a wonderfully cosy and relaxing vibe – perfect for unwinding over lunch or coffee.</p>

<p>Sustainability is integral to how we live and run The Oak House Studio. We shop locally as much as possible, whether it&#8217;s at The Stable Yard at Hatfield House or supporting businesses around Hertfordshire. At home and in the studio, we use UK crafted, eco-friendly toilet roll, couch&nbsp;paper, hand towels and OceanSaver for all our cleaning products – it’s a simple but effective step towards reducing waste.&nbsp;</p>

<p>For special occasions, we always gravitate to The Farmhouse at Redcoats. It&#8217;s full of quirky details and historic charm and the atmosphere is so inviting. It&#8217;s a 2 AA Rosette restaurant and the food never disappoints &#8211; it&#8217;s our go-to for a memorable night out.</p>

<p>Life can get pretty hectic with the studio and family commitments, so when we want to unwind, we head to Champneys in Henlow. It’s the perfect spot to switch off completely, recharge, and enjoy some well-earned rest and relaxation.</p>

<p>We regularly visit family in the South Downs and never tire of the area’s beauty. One of our favourite hidden gems there is the Rottingdean Walled Garden – it&#8217;s such a peaceful retreat. It reminds Keeley of the book, <em>The Secret Garden</em>, because it feels like you&#8217;ve&nbsp;stumbled across an undiscovered&nbsp;garden.</p>
