50+ FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENTS

Get your fuel-injected thrills at some of the brilliant family friendly events happening this year at Santa Pod Raceway. Think 300mph Top Fuel Dragsters, Jet Cars and caravan crushing Monster Trucks, not to mention the funfair rides. Here’s a few of this season’s top events to mark in your diary:

Kids under 5 get free entry and 5-15yr olds from just £5. With over 50 events to choose from, you’re sure to find something to thrill all the family.

CRAZY COOL VEHICLES

There are soo many events here, each one is unique, with different (and sometimes totally off the wall) styles of vehicle on the track. Take your pick from Jet Car Shootouts, Nitro Funny Cars, Nostalgia Funny Cars, 300mph Top Fuel Dragsters and the National Drag Racing Championships including 200mph Pro Mods and grab a piece of the action at the brilliant Festival of Power over Easter weekend (29-31 March). If none of that makes any sense to you, then just know that its all unbelievably cool high-octane entertainment you can’t help getting totally caught up in.

LIVE MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT

There’s live evening entertainment for those camping overnight with multi-day event tickets, including live bands and DJs to get everyone up and dancing. Entertainment lined up for 2023 events include super cool Nirvana tribute act Elvana, Ibiza in Symphony, Cuban Brothers, Hedkandi, Club de Fromage and Silent Disco.

There are loads of on site entertainments to enjoy like funfairs, circus workshops, inflatables & walkabout artistes. If you’re heading to Bug Jam (21-23 July) the Little Buggerz zone for under 10s offers a giant teepee with slime workshops, jungle parties, magic shows, storytelling, discos and games.

FOOD AND DRINK

You won’t go hungry with a huge variety of street food vendors to keep you nourished. From toasties, burgers, pizzas and pasta to hog roast, Mexican and pancakes, there’s something for everyone, with plenty of veggie, vegan and gluten free options, and if you fancy sitting down inside for a proper meal there’s the Pitstop Café too.
