<p>Tickets to see Santa in his grotto are included in your entry price for this special Christmas event (but it&#8217;s first come, first served, so make sure that you get into the queue early so you don&#8217;t miss your chance!). Be sure to say hello to The Grinch (who will be roaming around the zoo on Sundays) and explore the Christmas walkway and light display too. Adult ticket £32.99. Child £33.99.</p>

<p>Children can step into&nbsp;Santa’s Sleigh Repair Workshop, don goggles and aprons and help the ‘Magical Mechanics’ repair Santa&#8217;s sleigh in time for Christmas. Afterwards, the Big Man himself will pose for Santa selfies and give little pressies. Tickets £3 with all proceeds going to local charity, Home-Start. </p>

<p>Kids who pay Santa a visit in his grotto will receive a special key to his Toy Shop where they can choose their own gift, plus they&#8217;ll have the chance to make a cuddly toy, decorate gingerbread, meet the reindeer, have a go at synthetic ice skating, watch a 3D film and try out the festive funfair rides. Plus there&#8217;ll be woodland rides and all the farm&#8217;s usual adventure play and animal activities. Phew!  £9.95 &#8211; £37.95 for adults and £25 &#8211; £64.95 per child. </p>

<p>Santa&#8217;s coming back to Whipsnade Zoo and this year he has a magical grotto. There&#8217;ll be festive crafts plus a gift to take home too. Tickets £18.50 in addition to zoo entry tickets. Combine your Santa meet with the chance to make festive animal food with the elves, including a tour to deliver your gifts. (£15.75 for adults, £44 for children).</p>

<p>Visit Father Christmas in his cosy grotto, listen to a festive story, choose a toy from his shop and take part in a Make a Bear Workshop. Kids can also help to make reindeer food, explore the magical forest and decorate some gingerbread with Mrs C! Plus there&#8217;ll be all the usual farm animal antics to get involved in. <p>Head to Foxholes Farm Park in Hertford for your chance to meet Farmer Christmas &#8211; when he&#8217;s not ploughing the fields and looking after the animals he&#8217;ll be in his grotto giving out pressies to girls and boys. Don&#8217;t forget to write a letter to post before you leave and Santa will reply with a personal video message. Winterfest Farm Passes (£6.95) are required to visit the magical grotto and include entry to the farm, Christmas tunes in the Dance Tunnel, a Santa-Oke where you can belt out festive faves, and Elf Hunt (with prizes up for grabs). The optional Santa&#8217;s Magical Grotto ticket is from £15.95 per child. </p>
